Last post we looked at the assumption that Global Warming isn’t happening. But what if it is, and no one believes in it?
Last week Heather and I came out as Polyamorous. It being the 21st Century we announced it on Facebook.
Last night I watched the Law & Order SVU episode Facing Demons. It was chilling, especially because I went through the same thing Brian Cassidy suffered as a child – sexual abuse.
I’m not going to get graphic about what happened, but what I’m going to write will disturb a lot of people, and if you think you are one of them stop reading now.
There’s some really neat things coming up. In my opinion anyway, and since I’m writing this…
Sure. All we’d have to do is sign a mutual defense treaty with Russia and China, and Donald J. Trump seems to be driving us in that direction. Then the USA would have Cuba and Canada to worry about.
I want to look at the situation from a purely military standpoint. Could Canada equip and field armed forces capable of beating the United States? Let’s look at the numbers.
There are a lot of Jordan Peterson fans. Very vocal Jordan Peterson fans. Some of you may be a bit upset with me over what I’m going to write. Hang into the end, and criticize my failings in the comments.

You think I’m joking, right? Sorry, I’m not. What’s even better is that we are practically there.
I was reading Science Daily, my go-to source for keeping up (yeah, right) with new scientific findings. Scientists at the University of Maryland have developed a process that makes wood stronger than steel, and stronger than some titanium alloys.
Hehe. OK, so I’m feeling crazier than usual, and I’m probably going to upset a lot of people with this, but humans are partially self-programming MeatBots.
What do I mean by that? It’s complicated, and I can’t claim to be an expert on this, my field is chemistry, not biology. But I know enough to write this. I think. I have no doubt I’ll get told how wrong I am, and I’m quite happy to debate you on the issue!
I’ve had a short essay on what’s wrong with the Hugo Awards published on Zauberspiegel. No, the Sad Puppies aren’t right. No, the Hugo Loyalists aren’t right.
I’m right. Why is explained in the essay, suffice to say I have skills and experience most people don’t have. They don’t need them. I did.
